Q. What is Zed Bees and how does it work?

A. Zed Bees is an online shop selling eco-friendly, plastic free bathroom essentials on a subscription basis. We are a small business set up in order to live our dream of working on something we love and feel deeply passionate about. We're based in Manchester, UK.

Zed Bees offer is simple. You can purchase our essentials The Starter Box as a single product or purchase it and then select our subscription option to continue receiving our The Monthly Box each month.

Q. When will products be available?

A. Our subscription boxes are available to purchase now. We also have a plastic free shop where you can buy products individually if you just want to try them out.

Q. Do both Essentials Boxes contain the same products?

A. No. The Starter Box contains hand soap, shower soap, a shampoo bar, a bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste tablets and an organic loofah. The Monthly Box contains almost the same products, it doesn't contain the bamboo toothbrush or organic loofah as it would be wasteful to send them on such a regular basis.

Q. Do I need to subscribe to buy your products?

A. No, you buy The Starter Box, Gift Boxes, Build-a-Box or any products individually. You can't buy our monthly product on its own.

Q. How much would these products cost me to buy individually?

A. Our aim is to deliver the product in our boxes in a more cost-effective manner than if you purchased them individually. Based on averages we've taken when compiling baskets on various websites we estimate that savings range from 10-25% including postage.

Q. I want you to include a different product that I consider essential. Will you do that?

A. We appreciate everyone is different and so would love customer feedback on what they consider essential. Simply email us at info@zedbees.com and we'll discuss your requirements. We repsond to all emails within 24 hours (ususally much faster!).

Zed Bees Shipping and Delivery

Q. I've ordered! When will I get my products?

A. We use Royal Mail to deliver all our boxes. We aim to send your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Q. I've subscribed! When will I get my Monthly Box?

A. The Monthly Box is sent on or around the 1st of the month if you ordered between the 1st and the 14th of the month and on or around the 15th if you ordered between the 15th and 31st of the month.

Q. How much is shipping/postage

A. We use Royal Mail to post all our boxes. It is charged at £3 per box.

Q. Where in the world do you ship to?

A. We currently only ship to the UK. If you are outside of the UK and would like to discuss buying our buying any of our products or subscribing please contact us here.

Q. Where can I find information on the suppliers, manufacturers and partners you work with?

A. To find information on our suppliers, manufacturers and partners visit our partners page.

Q. Do you make your own products?

A. Not yet. We may look to do this in the future but at the moment we're working with some amazing local and international suppliers.

Q. How do I find out the product ingredients?

A. Product ingredients are listed on our partners page. We'll also include a flyer in each box with the same information so you have it to hand should you need it.

 

Zed Bees Refund and Contact Information

Q. How do I contact Zed Bees?

A. You can contact us via the contact form on our website here or by emailing info@zedbees.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Q. Can I pause my subscription?

A. Yes, of course. If you want to pause your subscription at any point just log into your account.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account if you wish to do so. You can also email info@zedbees.com and we'll do it for you.

Q. What if I'm not happy with my box? How do I get a refund?

A. We'll be really sad, but we'll endeavour to sort any issues with our boxes or products as soon as possible. Please contact us in the first instance to explain the issue to us. If you require a refund please send us a photo of the subscription box in its original condition, explaining the issue, to info@zedbees.com.

In order to obtain a full refund subscription boxes need to be returned to us in their original condition. We recommend that you return them using a tracked and signed for postal service in order to obtain proof of postage.
